ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky Update Coming Next Week
Embark Studios has clarified the second major stop on its four-month roadmap for ARC Raiders. Following the Headwinds update released at the end of January, attention has turned to Shrouded Sky. The studio confirmed via its official Discord channel that the new update will be released next week. While a specific date hasn’t been shared, details will be announced shortly.
What Will the ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky Update Bring?
Emberk Studios stated that no major content updates or store rotations are planned for this week. However, it’s clear that significant changes will be implemented in the game with Shrouded Sky. According to community manager Ossen, the team will share more information about the update via Discord.
According to the roadmap, Shrouded Sky will include a new map condition, a new ARC threat, and map updates. This means that both environmental risks and enemy dynamics will change. The phrase “new ARC threat” stands out as an element that will increase tension in the game’s PvPvE structure.
In addition, innovations are expected in the Player Project and Raider Deck systems. These changes could directly affect players’ progression, equipment planning, and mission strategies. Furthermore, the addition of time-limited event or mission windows via the Expedition window feature is also on the agenda.
ARC Raiders has managed to attract a strong player base since its release. While daily and weekly active player numbers are noteworthy, it remains to be seen whether the Shrouded Sky update will maintain this momentum. Embark’s detailed announcement next week will paint a clearer picture of the game’s new era.
