Information from the tests isn’t limited to the map. Players also confirmed the long-requested addition of the server browser to the Battlefield Portal mode. However, this feature will only be available for Portal for now; the matchmaking system will continue to be used in standard multiplayer modes.

Battlefield 6’s beta has been the series’ most successful test to date. According to official data, players played more than 420 million matches, logging a total of 92 million hours of playtime. Approximately 5 billion enemies were killed, and more than 30 million players were revived by their teammates.

These statistics further fuel the excitement leading up to the game’s release. The return of Operation Firestorm appears poised to be one of Battlefield 6’s most ambitious features. The game is scheduled to release on October 10, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
