The Terminus map for Black Ops 6’s zombie mode offers a nautical themed environment. After the leaked trailer, a blog post revealed the map’s features such as underwater exploration, flooding and boat transportation. But the most striking element is the map’s fearsome monster, a massive tentacle dubbed ‘The Tentacle’. This creature will be one of the biggest threats players will face.
The blog post gives little information about the true nature of The Tentacle. However, it is thought that the creature has a mass similar to Dune’s sandworms and possibly belongs to a gigantic Kraken located in the center of the map. It is possible that this tentacled creature is part of a larger threat beneath Terminus. Players may also encounter other extensions of this massive creature on the Terminus map.
The Terminus map is billed as one of the largest maps in the history of zombie modes. Therefore, it is expected to have a huge and epic boss fight at the end of the map. The Tentacle has already been described as a threat attacking players’ boats, suggesting that a really big monster lies beneath the map.
