Black Ops 7 Season 2 Map Content Details
The new season will feature a total of nine multiplayer maps. These maps include completely new designs as well as classic maps returning from previous games in the series and revamped. While the majority of the maps are built around 6v6 gameplay, alternative designs supporting varying player numbers are also noteworthy.
In terms of revamped maps, Cliff Town and Slums stand out. Cliff Town, a modern adaptation of the Yemen map from Black Ops 2, will be added to the game during the mid-season. Slums, one of the series’ most iconic maps, will be available from day one of the season in a redesigned form.
Returning maps include Firing Range and Grind. These two maps, familiar from Black Ops 6, will also be added with the mid-season update and have been reworked to offer a balanced structure for competitive 6v6 matches.
On the new map front, Torment, Sake, and Nexus will be playable at the start of the season. Torment and Sake focus directly on 6v6 matches, while Nexus, thanks to its smaller scale, also supports 2v2 matches. Peak, a large-scale map to be added later in the season, aims to be one of the most comprehensive multiplayer areas in Black Ops 7 to date, designed for 20v20 battles.
