Blizzard is Developing Many Projects Despite the Xbox Outages

Blizzard Prepares New Diablo and StarCraft Projects

This is attributed to the fact that the company’s existing games continue to generate strong revenue. World of Warcraft and Diablo continue to reach millions of players, while Overwatch has shown a more stable performance recently.
