The aim of PlaySafe ID is quite clear: To establish an identity system that verifies players and tracks their behavior in the game. Players who obtain this identity will only be matched with other verified players who do not cheat. Thus, cheaters will have to play only among themselves after a while.

In order for the system to be fully implemented in Tarkov, Battlestate Games’ support is essential. PlaySafe ID will be offered to players free of charge, and the cost will be covered entirely by the game studios. The system is also being developed for use in games such as Apex Legends, PUBG, Rainbow Six, and Arc Raiders.

PlaySafe ID plans to make a strong start with the $1 million investment it received at the beginning of the year and its target of 250,000 users. The company promises to provide a long-term solution against cheaters.
