DJ Khaled Might be in GTA 6
New rumor suggest that DJ Khaled will make appearance in GTA 6.
DJ Khaled for GTA 6
The long waited GTA 6 still keeps it’s content hidden since the first trailer release. Take Two did confirmed that the game will be released this year and this information made fans more eager to see the game more. Meanwhile the second trailer release is still a mystery. GTA 6 will return the popular Vice City and its home state of Leonida, which is based on Florida and is home to all manner of wild hijinks befitting the chaotic GTA series.
Players will take on the role of Lucia, a recently released prison inmate, and her yet unnamed boyfriend who rumors claim is named Jason. This Bonnie and Clyde-like criminal duo will likely encounter many memorable characters during their trials and tribulations in Leonida, and a new rumor suggests that Mr. Miami himself could be among them.
Noted Call of Duty leaker TheGhostofHope claimed that DJ Khaled will be featured in Grand Theft Auto 6 in a recent Twitter post, as reported by ComicBook. Khaled will supposedly host one of GTA 6’s in game radio stations that would feature some of his music for players to listen to while fleeing the law or driving to the scene of their next crime. TheGhostofHope also believes that other real life artists could host their own radio stations in GTA 6, but shared no other details.
This isn’t the first time that a real-life rapper was claimed to be attached to Grand Theft Auto 6, as ScHoolboy Q once hinted that he would lend his own songs to GTA 6 as he did for Grand Theft Auto 5 and Grand Theft Auto Online. The GTA series in general is known for including real-world musicians as in-game radio hosts, with Kenny Loggins, DJ Pooh, Pam Grier, and Frank Ocean all lending their voices to GTA 5. Dr. Dre was even the focus of a pair of GTA Online updates, complete with a collection of songs for 2022’s The Contract update.
Like with many Grand Theft Auto 6 rumors, there is no official confirmation that DJ Khaled will be involved with the game in any capacity, but having him as an in-game radio host players can listen to while driving through the mean streets of Vice City would certainly be a treat for his gaming fans.
