Half-Life 2: Episode 3 Interlude Demo Released
The modding team behind Half-Life 2: Episode 3 Interlude has released an exciting demo for fans. This demo gives a sneak peek at what the mod team is aiming to achieve.
What is Half-Life 2: Episode 3 Interlude?
Half-Life Interlude is a mod that aims to recreate the events of Half-Life 2: Episode 3, based on Marc Laidlaw’s “Epistle 3” story. In the game, Gordon Freeman is revived in the wreckage of a crashed helicopter while being relentlessly pursued by the Combine. This story both adds to the existing Half-Life universe and introduces fans to a long-awaited experience.

The team’s work is not limited to this. They have already started working on the second part of the project. In addition to advancing the story, this part will also include some updates to the first part. In particular, problems reported by the community, such as puzzles, will be improved, flashlight mechanics will be improved, and new features will be added.
Half-Life 3 has been a dream for gamers for years. Recently, rumors have emerged that Valve is conducting internal tests for a new Half-Life game. The cryptic tweets of G-Man’s voice actor have also increased this excitement. However, fans should be cautious; expectations have often been disappointed in the past. You can take a nostalgic journey with this demo before a new game is announced.
Apart from Interlude, there are other modes related to the Half-Life universe. Return to Stratigrad and Project Borealis are among the notable projects that fall into this category. Both modes offer new stories that expand the Half-Life world.
