Management Simulation Manifesto Announced for PC
A new announcement from teams behind noteworthy projects in the independent gaming world is poised to bring a fresh perspective to the management simulation genre. Manifesto goes beyond classic growth and profit-driven gameplay, showcasing the darker side of modern business. Developed for PC, the game has already generated considerable interest with its tone and themes. Manifesto invites players to a management process where ethical boundaries are constantly being pushed.
What Kind of Management Simulation Does Manifesto Offer?
Announced by No More Robots and Breakpoint Games, Manifesto will be released on Steam for PC. The game aims to place the player, as a company executive, in a difficult position to face challenging decisions. The goal is not only growth but also meeting the never-ending demands of shareholders.
At the heart of Manifesto lies employee management and sales targets. Players are forced to make numerous decisions, from building a team to firing employees. The game deliberately deviates from the classic simulation approach by handling this process with an exaggerated and harsh tone. This approach is one of the key elements that distinguishes Manifesto from similar games.
The gameplay elements in the game are also designed to support this theme. Unrealistic sales targets, temporary power-ups, and mechanics aimed at rapidly growing the company aim to create a constant sense of pressure on the player. This transforms the management process into not only a strategic but also a psychological test.
While a definitive release date for the PC version of Manifesto has not been shared, the game is planned for release in 2026. A demo version is also currently available. This demo offers players the first concrete opportunity to closely experience Manifesto’s tone and gameplay approach.
