Mortal Kombat 1 Will Get Crossplay
NetherRealm Studios has announced that Crossplay multiplayer will be coming to Mortal Kombat 1 in February 2024 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S versions of the bloody brawler.

Mortal Kombat 1 is the latest Mortal Kombat game released by NetherRealm Studios. The game got many different character with the Kombat pack. From old characters to familiar faces, Mortal Kombat 1’s character list is pretty strong.
With the full power of all platforms, some players choose to game in PS or Xbox, some choose PC. When you want to play the game cooperative, you find yourself with other people who plays the game with you at the same time but with crossplay feature, you can find another people playing the game at the same time with you from another platform as well.
Not all games support crossplay but it started to become common in gaming world. Mortal Kombat 1 will also get that as well. NetherRealm Studios has announced that Crossplay multiplayer will be coming to Mortal Kombat 1 in February 2024 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S versions of the bloody brawler.

In addition to Crossplay, the developer is also working on the ability to allow players to filter out opponents using Wi-Fi, so they can instead focus on those using a wired connection. This typically offers the best connection for online matches, eliminating any possible lag and disconnections.
NetherRealm’s Ed Boon previously confirmed that Mortal Kombat 1 would receive a substantial story DLC similar to Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath.
Mortal Kombat 1 was released in September 2023 for PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X/S.
