The current Epic Games Store free game is Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery. Like most other Epic Games Store free games, Behind the Frame is free to claim for only one week. Then, come Thursday, January 30, it will be removed from the Epic Games Store free games lineup and replaced with a new free game for users to add to their digital libraries.
From January 30 to February 6, Epic Games Store users will have a new gama to claim: Undying. Undying will technically be the first free Epic Games Store game available in February 2025 as well, since it won’t be cycled out of availability until February 6. Unless the Epic Games Store decides to break from its well established pattern, the February 6 free games will be revealed next week at the same time that Undying is added to the lineup.
Epic Games Store users were treated to a wide variety of free games in 2024. Some Epic Games Store free games were better than others, and that will hold true for the 2025 lineup as well.
