New Trailer Released from Covenant
The dark fantasy game Covenant has once again attracted attention with its new trailer. The first-person perspective action-adventure game developed by Legion Studios stands out with its Soulslike structure. The game, which has not yet shared a release date, will come to the PC platform via Steam and has already aroused curiosity with the atmosphere it offers with its trailer.
Covenant Comes with a Dark World and Deep Combat Dynamics
Covenant will take players to explore a large, interconnected world. The game will feature weapons, spells and equipment left by ancient heroes. The gameplay includes not only classic combat mechanics, but also puzzles, platforming elements and environmental exploration. Our main character will witness the events through the eyes of the last messenger who is tasked with carrying out the will of the Composers.
Players will follow the footsteps of a fallen war angel named Malach and discover his journey into darkness. Throughout this journey, they will encounter monsters from ancient empires and challenging boss battles. While some require strategy, others challenge you to duel. Some battles contain enemies that are strong enough to be defeated only with your friends.
Covenant includes PvP elements as well as PvE experience. Players can compete with other players in 1v1, 2v2 or 3v3 arenas if they wish. The innovations brought to the melee combat system are remarkable: moves such as kicking, wall jumping, and sliding add dynamism to battles. In addition, weapons can be used with one or two hands, and these preferences directly affect the play style.
The in-game progression system is also designed quite deeply. With four ring slots, different fighting positions, spells, catalysts and various equipment combinations, each player can create their own unique character structure. In the magic system, not only the elements change, but even the character’s movements differ according to the position. With this detailed structure, Covenant seems to appeal to both solo players and competitive players.
