Resident Evil 4 Remake is so close to it’s first birthday, which is on March 23. Since the release date, Resident Evil 4 Remake made a lot of success, considering the original game’s success. Until the other Resident Evil game announcement, we will talk about next Resident Evil game and of course the success of Resident Evil 4 Remake.
On Twitter, it’s confirmed that Resident Evil 4 Remake sold over 7 million copies. At February, Gold Edition of the game was also released, which bundled DLC with the main game.
This is a huge success from the game, Resident Evil 4 Remake was not expecting from the fans but developers made amazing job with their game. Kept almost all features from the original game and made successful changes.
At the ending scene of Resident Evil 4 Remake, Capcom hinted about next Remake for the series. It looks like developer team is preparing to bring Resident Evil 5 with Remake version. But currently there are only rumors, not certain news.
Capcom is trying to release at least one Resident Evil game each year. Last year they didn’t announced new game, which means 2024 will end without any Resident Evil game but we hope to see announcement at the end of the year or summer.
