Sadie Sink’s Spider-Man Role Revealed

Mayday Parker Role in Spider-Man: Brand New Day Movie
According to a new rumor, Sadie Sink will play the character Mayday Parker, the daughter of Tobey Maguire’s Peter Parker and Mary Jane. This information was shared on The Hot Mic podcast and points to a Multiverse-themed story. In this story, which takes place in an alternate universe in the comics, Mayday gains her powers at a young age, wears the Spider-Man costume and fights against Normie Osborn, the grandson of the Green Goblin.
If these claims are true, the Brand New Day movie will be a production that brings together both Maguire and Holland’s Spider-Man characters. According to Jeff Sneider’s statements, Sink’s character will be close to Tom Holland’s Peter Parker and will fill the gap between MJ and Ned. This detail shows that the character will also have an important place in the story emotionally.
It is rumored that the villain in the movie will be Mister Negative. This character first appeared in the comics in the late 2000s. It is also stated that a female enemy character will be played by Sarah Snook in the movie. It is also possible that Steven Yeun may portray Martin Li, aka Mister Negative.
Although the role of Mayday Parker has not yet been officially confirmed, the fact that the movie is positioned between Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars strengthens the Multiverse structure of the story. Sadie Sink, on the other hand, is cautious about the questions directed to her. In a statement regarding the Jean Grey rumors, she said, “This is news to me too. I know the character, she’s great.
