A new leak revealed that Naughty Dog is making The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered. The Last of Us Part 2 made it’s launch in 2020 for PS4.
Is The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered really happening?
Sony and Naughty Dog has re-released the first The Last of Us multiple times. Not it seems like Sony is preparing for the release of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered.
As discovered by Insider Gaming, Naughty Dog Lead Outside Artist Mark Pajarillo made mention of the unannounced The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered on his LinkedIn profile, though it has since been updated to remove any mention of the game.
Pajarillo’s profile didn’t provide any other details about what The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered might entail or when it could release. However, one has to assume that the game will be coming to PS5 at the very least, and a PC port shouldn’t be ruled out either.
Sony brought The Last of Us to PC through The Last of Us Part 1, with the PC port of the game coming out some odd months after the PS5 version released. Sony has made it clear that it plans on bringing more of its PlayStation exclusives to PC, and so The Last of Us Part 2 coming to PC is a matter of time.
If The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is really happening and it will come to PC, we hope to see better PC port from developers, since the first game’s PC port was disaster. After many updates, the PC port is not stable enough.
We hope to see more information regarding The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered.
