Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Release Date Announced

The countdown for the long-awaited Wuchang: Fallen Feathers has officially begun. The game, developed by Lenzee and published by 505 Games, will meet players on PC and next-generation consoles on July 24. The production, developed with Unreal Engine 5, will also be available in the Xbox Game Pass library on release day.

The release date announcement came with a four-minute cinematic trailer called “Bride.” In the video, a female character with snake-like appendages coming out of her back draws attention. This grotesque figure was introduced as the “Perfect Bride – Fang Ling” character, who will appear before players as a boss fight. The fight, which continues the Soulslike tradition, will offer a challenging struggle with its two-stage structure.

Wuchang can switch between weapons during combat to create uninterrupted and impressive combo chains. The combat mechanics, fluid animations, and dark atmosphere shown in the trailer show that the game is quite ambitious in terms of visuals and gameplay.

The official promotional text of the game states that a pirate warrior named Wuchang is struggling with a mysterious curse called Feathering. Players who try to solve ancient secrets by exploring forgotten temples will try to become a legendary warrior by gathering power from the enemies they defeat.

The pre-order process for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers has started. There are two versions offered on PlayStation Store: Standard and Deluxe. The Standard Edition: The main game includes two improved costumes, a special axe, and a skill point. The Deluxe Edition comes with more costumes, five different weapons, and extra skill points. The excitement is increasing every day until the game’s release on July 24.
