Hoyoverse keeps updating Genshin Impact in order to make the game better experience for all players. In the latest Developers Discussion, new exciting changes announced, which includes new cross-scene quest tracking, boss guides, artifact system adjustments, and more.
In the Version 5.5, artifacts that crafted with Sanctifying Elixit will have certain symbol. That artifact will have guarantee to enhance to Minor Affixes for at least 2 times. You can also search for these artifacts in the filter function.
In the new version, to help you quickly find quest locations, quest tracking now supports cross scene tracking. When you track quests located in other scenes, in most cases the map for the corresponding scene will open directly, allowing you to conveiently teleport over without being prompted to “Head there to continue the quest”
When you have yet to unlock the nearest Teleport Waypoint to a boss, after opening the boss’ location through the Adventurer Handbook, the system will show you the location to quickly reach the area.
In the new version, the Serenitea Pot’s Realm Depot will support exchanging for multiple items simultaneously and add a new Exchange List feature. You can exchange for multiple items at once.
Also in the new version, the Gift Mail Box now supports a search function. You can search for relevant mails using title keywords or senders.
And lastly, in the new version, Android will support controller controls.
Genshin Impact Special Program will happen on March 14.
