Halo 5 PC Port Canceled
Sad news for those waiting for Halo 5 PC. Microsoft canceled the PC port of this version of the popular game series due to technical issues. The game, which Halo 5 fans wanted to experience on PC, was unfortunately shelved due to technical obstacles.
Why Halo 5 PC Port Canceled?
Former Halo 5 developer Tyler Owens recently revealed that there were plans for the game to come to PC, but Microsoft canceled the port due to some technical difficulties. While Owens didn’t go into detail about these technical issues, some gamers believe that the game’s frame rate and physics engine incompatibility may have been an obstacle. However, many gamers and experts believe that this is just an excuse.
The real reason is Microsoft’s unwillingness to invest in the PC port of Halo 5. It is believed that if porting was an easy process, Microsoft would have done it. But the fact that the game’s PC compatibility requires a certain amount of work has led to the shelving of these plans.
