Mortis Trials stands out as one of the main features of the update. In this mode, players encounter a total of twelve different enemy waves, divided into four groups of three waves each. While each wave becomes more challenging than the previous one, players can choose small power-ups from five different categories called “indulgences” as they progress. More powerful bonuses are earned in the third waves.

A limited-time event, A Day at the Theater, has also started with the update. In this event, players can earn progress points by completing four consecutive waves. A total of three points can be collected in this event, and rewards such as Ordo dockets, Plasteel and Diamantine are distributed. In addition, players who complete the event have the opportunity to earn a special cosmetic insignia.

With the new update, Warhammer 40K: Darktide aims to offer players a more comprehensive experience. Innovative game modes and class updates, especially Mortis Trials, further enrich the dynamics of the game. The update is currently available for free download on all platforms.
