The long-awaited survival-themed FPS game FEROCIOUS is finally entering open beta. The game, set on a wild island full of dinosaurs, will offer players the opportunity to fight in a world full of danger. According to the statement made by publisher tinyBuild and developer OMYOG, the first testing process has begun with applications made through the Steam page. Only the game’s first level, “Crevasse,” will be playable during the beta process.

An Island Full of Dinosaurs Awaits Players in FEROCIOUS Open Beta

FEROCIOUS’s open beta process is being opened to a wide range of players after tests that have only been offered to a limited group of players to date. According to the statement by developer OMYOG, anyone who applies will be able to participate in the test as long as there are no technical issues. During this process, players will be able to play the first level, “Crevasse,” and provide feedback to the developer.

The story of the game is about a character who is stranded on an unknown island and struggles to survive there. There are not only natural difficulties on the island, but also mercenaries, giant dinosaurs and technological threats. Players who want to progress among these dangers need to carefully explore the environment, hide and use resources wisely.

FEROCIOUS stands out not only with its conflict but also with its exploration and environmental interaction. Players can produce weapons and equipment with the materials they collect from the environment. This system makes it possible to develop more flexible and tactical solutions against the threats encountered. In addition, some dinosaurs in the environment can be used against enemies or directed to provide access to certain areas.

Great importance will be given to the experiences of the players during the testing process. The development team aims to review the game’s balances with this feedback and provide a better experience in the final version. The beta process is also considered an important step in terms of testing the game’s technical performance and optimizing system requirements.
