The community quickly responded as expected. They explained that Waffle House had a cult following online, particularly due to its bizarre and chaotic fight scenes that often occurred late at night. Harada finally personally completed this long-running joke by visiting Waffle House. In a social media post, he announced his arrival and stated that the staff were incredibly friendly. He even recounted how they sold him a menu for $5. One of the photos he shared, showing him holding a chair ready for a fight, added that perfect touch of chaos the community had been waiting for.
Harada’s joke, “Next time I’ll come back at 3 AM for fight time,” naturally generated great amusement among Tekken fans. This visit doesn’t mean the Waffle House arena will actually be added to the game; there’s no official announcement. However, Harada’s embrace of the joke was entertaining enough for players.
