Project Helix is Very Unlikely to Arrive Before 2028

Developer Kits for Project Helix to be Distributed in 2027
According to the announcement from Xbox, developer kits for Project Helix will be distributed in 2027. These kits are generally known as special hardware sent to game studios to enable them to develop games for new platforms. Therefore, the fact that developer kits will be distributed in 2027 suggests that the console is unlikely to be released in the same year.
This situation strengthens the possibility that the new Xbox console could be released towards the end of 2027 or in 2028. While some earlier rumors suggested Microsoft might release the new console earlier, recent information indicates that the company is planning a longer development process for the next-generation hardware.
