In this guide, we will play RE4 Remake from the beginning to the end and reach the solution. This is the last part of Resident Evil 4 Remake Chapter 5 Walkthrough. We basically proceed with the solution in the original game.

Go down the path and jump over the gap to the bottom. Jump over the gap immediately in front of you and keep following the path until you see the bridge on the right. Ignoring the bridge, jump to the 2 ledges at the end of the path.
After collecting everything around, get off the ledge and cross the bridge. Follow the path on the other side and you’ll see Ashley being taken away. When you jump through the gap, you will encounter Ganados coming at you. Get rid of them all by grabbing your rifle. Go around the wall on the left and you’ll see Ganado coming with a big gun.
Stay behind the wall, grab your rifle and use the gap in the wall to take down Ganado. After you get rid of the big gun, go around the wall and take out the rest. You’ll see a building on the left side, enter it to get the green herb. Enter the building in the area in the upper left corner to get the bullet.
When you go up the steps at the back of the area, you will see a window on the right side; control the sensor to send a beam. Go up the stairs behind the building in the upper left corner and switch the reflector to the one at the top of the building.

Go up the stairs and switch the second reflector to the sensor window to the right of the door. After the door opens, grab the bullets and jump down. Continue travelling up the steps at the back of the area. Follow the path to the entrance and use the switches to avoid the rock pushed by the Ganados.
Enter the tunnel and collect the barrels on the right side. When you cross the bridge at the next part of the tunnel you will encounter Ganados, get rid of them and go up the stairs.
Keep moving forward and shoot the Ganado behind the bags on the left side. Turn a little and jump through the gap, then jump to the window on the right side and kill all the Ganados in the cave. After collecting everything inside, shoot the red barrel to smash the rock. When you get to the new level, climb up the edge and get the golden object. Leave the cave and arm your rifle, because they are coming.
Go behind the boxes on the right and shoot the Ganado with the bow. Also blow up the red barrel on the bridge. Pick up Striker and go around the rock and kill Ganado with the dynamite. Go around the rock, this time from the right side, and get rid of the other Ganado with the spring.
A Ganado is waiting for you in the tunnel on the left side, get rid of him. Cross the bridge to get the bullets and the green grass at the end of the cave. Return to the bridge and shoot the wagon on the right to get rid of the Ganado.
Jump off the bridge and go up the slope and press the button on the right side of the door. When you go through the door and down into the tunnel, you’ll see the merchant’s shop on the left. Talk to him to upgrade your red9 and striker. Don’t forget to Save the game.
When you continue through the tunnel, you will see a Ganado with a bow on the platform in the distance, get rid of him. Grab your rifle and get rid of all Ganados on your way. Follow the path to the end and go through the door on the left to the centre.
Open the cupboard on the left and get the coins. Go down the corridor and get the bomb from the trash can in the corner. Open the door at the end of the corridor and you will encounter Ganado, get rid of him. Go to the shelves and get the green herb.
Go through the door into the kitchen, turn the corner and keep going; you’ll see the stove set on fire by Ganado. After you get rid of him, check the sink on the left to get the grenade. You will see a door on the right side, go through it to open the other door.
Turn round the corner and you will come face to face with a Ganado with a huge axe. After you get rid of him, open the door on the right. Take the bullets from the box and go to the next room; you will see Ashley on the monitors.
After you see where you need to go on the map, exit the map and open the locker in the lower right corner of the room. Leave the room and go down the steps on the right side and get rid of the Ganados. Watch out for the parasite here, because it attacks separately from them. Once the room is cleared of enemies, get the red destiny stone from the box. Head to the top right corner of the room to break the barrels and collect everything. Go back to the top of the steps and open the door on the left, then the door at the back of the room.
Go up the corridor, through the right side and come to the merchant. Talk to him and upgrade your striker. Go back into the corridor and stop before rounding the corner; you will hear a door and then see dynamite being thrown.
Wait until the dynamite explodes, then go around the corner and shoot Ganado. When you move towards the door, it won’t open. Turn slightly away from the door and wait for it to open. After you get rid of the Ganados inside, the door will stay open, collect the emeralds from the drawer. Close the door by killing the Ganado holding it. Take the bullets from the cupboard and the red herb from behind the wall to open the door.
Go around the corner on the left and get the green herb. Open the door opposite, turn a little and go through the passage on the left. Take the pocket watch from the chest and save the game. Exit the small room and follow the corridor to the left. When you turn left at the intersection you will see a red cupboard, take the bomb from here. Go down the corridor and open the door at the end.
Go through the door to the right and you’ll see a demo showing the Regenerator. Use it by looking at the security system on the door. Click the red panel three times, the green panel once and the blue panel 2 times. Go into the control room and read Luis’ 3rd diary on the table to the left; it mentions the Regenerator.
Take the bullets and the keycard from the corpse at the back of the room. Leave this room and head towards the Regenerator; it will start moving towards Leon. Move immediately to his left and open the door at the end of the corridor.
Head down the corridor and shoot the other Regenerator’s foot in the second corner. Kick the passage open and use the keycard to open the door in the corner. You’ll see bullets on the left side, take them and the green herb from the cabinet in the upper left corner. Go through the door on the right and use the keycard printer.
Use your card to collect unnecessary items. Play with the controls to open the door in the corner and go through it; it’s time to pick up our rifle. Take the Infrared and combine it with your rifle; it’s time to have fun.
Leave this small room and head to the Regenerator. You will see bright red lights on the regenerator, this tells you where the parasite is hiding. Kill the Regenerator after you get rid of all the parasites.
Open the double door and head towards the dead end. Turn around a bit and you’ll see another Regenerator. Use your rifle again to shoot the red lights on him and finish him off. Continue to the left and use your keycard to get to the locked door.
Go through the door down the corridor and take the bullets from the box in the corner. You’ll see another door on the right, open it to pick up the grenades and use the levers.
Use the crane by moving it towards the Ganados and get rid of them. Repeat the same process to get rid of all the Ganados. The survivors will go up the stairs and open the door and you will face more of them, clear them all. Go through the door on the right and jump down the stairs. Open the door at the end of the room and go up the stairs and you’ll come to the control room; open the door and you can hear Ashley.

Open the door on the right and you will see a different version of the Regenerator (called the Iron Maiden). Run towards the door to save bullets and then turn right before Iron Maiden and head up the corridor. Turn at the end of the path and wait for Iron Maiden to come to you.
When he’s right next to you, shoot the fire extinguisher to stun him and shoot the parasite. Take the revealed keycard and go down the corridor. Go through the door and jump through the window. Break the glass on the left side to get the red and green herb. After collecting everything around, go through the 2 doors and go outside.
Shoot all 6 crows and cross the bridge to the merchant. Break all 3 barrels to get yellow grass and bombs. Talk to the merchant and sell the emeralds and the pocket watch. Since there’s nothing to buy, leave here and come to the end of the bridge and use the controls.
Take the green herb on the left side, cross to the other side and open the door to the tower. When you enter the tower, you’ll try to use your radio, but you won’t get a response. After grabbing the bullets from the table, go back to the lift and use the controls. Head back across the bridge and go through the door back to the base.
Turn to the right and go through both doors. You’ll see another door on the left, go through it and the door ahead. Turn right and go through the door at the end of the corridor back to the X-ray room. After taking out the Ganados coming down the steps, go up the steps and open the door.
Go up the next set of steps and go through the door on the left side. You will encounter 2 large Ganados, get rid of them. Use your keycard to open the next door and go to Ashley to finish the level.
Head to the left and you’ll see a paper aeroplane floating out of the window; pick it up and read the text message from Ada. Go through the opposite door and round the corner and you’ll encounter the Ganados, get rid of them. Continue along the corridor and open the door at the end.
Take out the Ganados on the right side and dive into the room and take out the Ganado on the safety button. After pressing the safety button, quickly shoot the Ganados as they enter. Go through the door at the end of the corridor through the right-hand corner and into the crane room.
Walk to the edge and jump down. After using the lever on the floor, make a quick right turn and tell Ashley to hide. When Iron Maiden approaches, blow up the red barrel. Then grab your rifle to get rid of the parasites that appear. When things calm down, call Ashley to your side.
When you push the red box into the water and try to cross with it, you’ll feel Iron Maiden’s breath. Turn back to the right and you’ll see Iron Maiden. Pick up your rifle and shoot the parasites and get rid of him and return to the red crate.
Cross over and pick up the bullets and the green herb. Cross the bridge and push the red box. Go through the gap and enter the dilapidated corridor through the door on the left.
Tell Ashley to wait… Pick up Striker and take down the Ganados coming down the corridor one by one. Pick up whatever is lying around along the corridor and call Ashley to you. Go through the door at the end, up the stairs and jump into the cannon room.
First get rid of the Ganados, then go to the control booth in the corner to get the bullets and red herb. Use the control panel with Ashley. At the same time, while dealing with enemies, slam the ball 3 times into the wall to reveal the door and pass through it.
Continue through the corridor on the right. You will see a cage on the right side, take the bomb from there and get the bullets from the cabinet in the lower left corner. Go back into the corridor and pull the lever next to the door on the right. Head back down the corridor to the door on the left.
A Regenerator will attack from the right side, dodge him. Go back to the corridor on the right and get rid of the other Regenerator. Continue down the left side and you will come to a door. Grab the green herb from the corner and press the button to activate the auxiliary power.
Leave the room, turn left and check the shutters at the end of the path. Tell Ashley to go underneath and she’ll cross to the other side and open the door for you. Continue forward to get the yellow herb and go through the door on the right to the merchant. Take the red herb from the cupboard and save the game. Leave here and go to the big blue door.
Tell Ashley to wait at the switch on one of the doors while you go to the other and press the buttons at the same time. When the light in the centre of the screen comes on, control both buttons to open the door. Grab the bullets from the left side and get in the bulldozer.
Head towards Ashley and face the back of the bulldozer. Grab the Striker and take down any Ganados that jump off the platform. When the vehicle tunnel appears, shoot the front of the vehicle to blow it up. Shoot the vehicle a second time and it will start moving again.
When the bulldozer stops at the end of the platform, get off the bulldozer and head up the stairs to the left. After taking out the Ganados, follow the path to the left. Look down and you’ll see Ganados on the bulldozer, shoot them. Use the lever to summon the lift and go down the stairs.
We need to get the bulldozer to the top of the hill, but while you’re doing that, the Ganados will be coming up behind you again, so get rid of them. When you hear the car horn, face Ashley and shoot the car from the front to enter the building.
Go through the door on the left side to the merchant. Take whatever is in the cupboard on the left. You will find bullets on the left side of the typewriter. Examine everything around and take everything. Take the decision stone from the bowl next to the merchant. You will finish the level when you open the double doors.
Take the 5000 ptas from behind the steps on the left side and go up the steps. You will see a new file on the table, take it. Follow the path to the left and you will see a demo about Ada and Krauser. Go down the steps and follow the path to get the bullets at the end. Head back down the path and go down the steps on the right side. After you get the green grass, open the door and get rid of the Ganados.
Go through the door in the lower left corner of the room and you’ll see boxes at the back of the room, take the money and bombs from there. Return to the boiler room and enter the door at the top of the stairs. After you get the bullets from the shelf, go down the stairs and open the door ahead.
Follow the corridor to another door and go through it. Keep moving forward to get between the fence and take the lift to the left. Continue along the path and you will encounter Krauser on the platform.
After a long fight with Krauser (key combinations will take care of everything) you will receive a message from Saddler. Jump down the stairs and open the door on the right. Go through the next door and you will come to the corridor with the laser.
Wait for the laser to move from one corner to the other; the vertical laser should move upwards and the lasers in the centre should form a vertical line. With the lasers in this position, move forward and use the 2 key combinations to create the second group of lasers.
At the end of the corridor, use the button to the right of the door. When the next group of lasers is ready, go to the throne room. Go through the door behind the throne and you will see a lever, pull it to enter the merchant’s tunnel.
Go down the steps and take the green grass and emerald from the bottom of the steps. Follow the tunnel down to the opening on the right. Kick open the door behind the merchant to get the red herb. Take Luis’ fourth diary from the box in the corner. Talk to the merchant to sell your red9 and upgrade your striker. You can upgrade your other weapons with the remaining money. Leave here and go through the doors at the end of the tunnel.
Go down the path, pass through the gap and get the yellow weed. Exit the gap and cross the bridge on the left to enter the tunnel. After a short demo showing 3 cages, follow the path and you will encounter the boss. When you jump on the cage, the fight will begin. Grab your Striker and keep firing until he moves away from you.
When he falls to the ground, you must shoot him with your rifle. Move forward to the right side of the intersection and pick up the bullets. Turn round a bit and head towards the left corner. You’ll see a green button on the corner of the shutter, shoot it to open the shutter.
Run over there and press the emergency button on the panel. Run to the corner again and head to the right at both intersections to get the green herb. You’ll also see a green button next to the door, shoot it. After going through the door, follow the path to the left and use the emergency button. When the counter appears, turn a little and go through the door to the second cage.
Pick up the bomb from the corner on the right. Continue around the corner to the left side of the intersection and you will encounter another U3. Shoot him with your rifle until he runs away from you. When he runs away from you, go around the corner and press the emergency button.
Turn round a bit and go round both corners. Shoot at the U3 until the shutters open and then run towards it to get the bullets from the corner. Follow the path upwards and press the emergency button at the end. Immediately turn round a little to get back to the corner and then turn right to enter the third cage through the door.
Press the emergency button on the right. As soon as you encounter U3, start firing and enter the passage you opened with the button. Turn left on the other side and go round both corners on the left and hit the green button on the other side of the passage to open the shutter on the other side.
Go back through the passage and go round the corner on the right and press the second emergency button. Quickly go back through the passage and follow the path on the left to the red door. Jump out of the cage and onto the hook.
After jumping from the third cage, pick up the bullets and the green grass on the ground. Head towards the gate and you’ll see U3 on the hill; jump into the gate and the battle will begin. Grab the Broken Butterfly and head towards the arms on the right side of the gate.
Once through the gate, quickly pull the lever to keep U3 on the other side. Keep moving fast to blow up the red barrel next to the rock; keep firing at U3, and if you run out of bullets, use the striker. After a long fight you will be on the winning side. At the end of the battle, collect the red grass and other objects from around the rock. Go through the door you jumped through before the collision and open the door on the right side.
Go down the tunnel and pick up the green grass under the steps on the other side. Go up the steps, turn to the right and go up the 2 stairs. You can get a grenade from the cupboard. Go through the gate and you will come to the camp.
When you go through the fence and up the stairs, you will see that there are Ganados in the camp. When you blow up both red barrels you will not get rid of all the Ganados, you need to shoot the remaining ones. Go down the stairs and get the bullets from the barrels. Go around the left side of the tent and pick up whatever is lying around. You can find money in the chests in the big tent! After collecting everything, jump down the stairs.
Break the barrel and enter the small gap in the right corner to get the blue stone. Keep following the tracks and enter the gap on the left side. After getting 5000 ptas from the chests, go back to the path and you will see the merchant. Take Krauser’s note from the table.
Open the keys section of your Inventory and combine the red, green and blue stones with the golden Lynx. Then talk to the merchant and sell it to him. Upgrade your semi-automatic rifle and spend the remaining money on the Broken Butterfly. Leave here and go up the stairs.
Take the money from the barrel behind the stairs. Go down the path through the double doors and get the green herb from the barrel on the left. Keep going and jump down from the last section. Cross the path between the pillars and you will see Krauser.
Wait behind the wall and when Krauser stops shooting, go up the steps and open the door at the top. Take the green grass and the bullets. When you go up the stairs, Krauser will appear; you will see that he is very fast, so the most sensible weapon is your knife. Keep attacking him and he will throw a flash at you.
Grab the flash on the roof and the bullets in the barrel. Jump down the ladder and open the door on the left side. Avoid Krauser’s attacks by using the key combinations that appear. Pick up the bullets on the left side. Go down the stairs, turn right and cross the bridge; Krauser will throw grenades at you along the way, dodge them.
When he comes down, pick up your rifle and start shooting, then use your knife. Jump through the window into the building to get the bullets. Go up the stairs and grab the grenade from the wall in the corner.
Jump down from the corner of the building. You’ll see a path on the left side, follow it and you’ll find green grass under the steps. Go up the steps to get the panther’s part. After you get the red grass, attack him with a rifle or knife until Krauser throws a grenade.
A statue will appear, push it past the 2 walls on the left, turn a little to the left and go to the right wall. Turn a little more to the left and push the statue onto the platform to reveal the arms. After using the levers, go down the steps back to the bridge and pull the lever on the right side. Jump down the stairs. You will see 2 robot spiders on the left side, get rid of them and get the green herb from the corner with the bullet.
When you turn the corner you will encounter another robot, get rid of it too. Keep going and turn the corner, this time the robot will appear in the air. Enter the tunnel on the right side past the blocks and take out both robots. When you exit the tunnel, you will see Krauser’s speech, kill the robots when he finishes speaking. Go up the steps and the next staircase. Go to the gap on the right, go around the corner and pick up the eagle piece.
Return to the gap and avoid Krauser’s attacks. As you climb the tower, a 3-minute countdown will begin. Grab your Magnum and start firing at Krauser’s feet, then at his head when he drops to his knees. Pick up the snake fragment and the bullets and green grass from the back.
Go down the stairs and across the bridge. At the bottom, take the bullets through the wall. When you turn to the right, you will see a panel on the wall, use the panther, eagle and snake pieces there and enter the door to finish the level.
After getting the green grass, go down the path and you will see a helicopter coming. After the pilot introduces himself, keep following the path until you see Ganado. Immediately go behind the boxes and watch Mike kill Ganado. Go down the steps and enter the building on the right and you’ll see a group of Ganado’s starting to walk towards you.
Take out the first group and leave the second group to Mike. Exit the building and continue on the right side. You will see a staircase on the left side, take the grenade from there and head to the left side, towards the closed entrance.
Shoot the lock on the door to open it and kick it open. When you enter the tunnel, wait for Mike to get rid of Ganado. You’ll see a staircase a little further ahead, climb up and get the flash from the corner of the building. Take the green grass and bullets from inside the building. When you get to the other area, you will encounter another Ganado with a machine gun. Take him down and climb up the steps and slide down.
Take the 15000 ptas from Ganado and the grenade from the corner. When you jump down from the platform, you’ll see a lever on the left side, use it to open the passage. Jump down and run to the other area. Enter the tunnel on the left and break the barrel next to the staircase. Go up the stairs and get rid of Ganado. Wait for the machine gun to stop, go down the path and enter the gap on the right.
Grab your rifle and slowly climb out of the gap. Move quickly to shoot the Ganado behind the machine gun and go down the path to the right. You will see another gap on the right, enter it. Use the lever to enter the door at the end of the path. Jump into the main area and take the green herb from the corner.

Go up the stairs on the left side of the building and continue on the right side and use the lever at the end. Go back down to the main area and take the first aid spray from behind the gun. Open the green double doors to the next area.
Go up the stairs and Mike will take out all the Ganados that spawn. You’ll see an emerald on the pillar at the top of the steps, shoot it. Exit the gap, turn left and shoot the emerald on the pillar. Go down the path and open the door at the end. When you go down the slope you will see a staircase, go down the stairs. Turn round a bit to get the pearl hanging at the bottom of the stairs and go through the door.
Open the door and keep going and open the door on the left. Go through the door next to the green box and take the yellow herb on the bench. Leave the room and follow the corridor on the right and take the red herb. Return to the room at the top of the corridor and you will encounter a Regenerator, shoot the parasite. Take the bullets from the first cell on the right. Climb the ledge at the end of the corridor and open the door.
Go down the steps and break the boxes in the corner. After you get the green herb, go down the corridor and take out the Ganados at the top of the steps. Grab your rifle and head up the stairs to kill any remaining Ganados and collect whatever is lying around.
When the Ganado with the machine gun appears, go to the other side and jump on the sandbags. Go up the stairs and wait in the room until the Ganado with the chainsaw appears. After killing him, take the bomb from the table and press the button.
Leave the room and take down all the Ganado’s in your way. After checking the corpses and getting the emergency lock keycard, go up the stairs and enter the building ahead. After collecting everything inside, exit the building, head to the left and open the box on the table. Look at the card reader and use the emergency card you just got there. Jump down the stairs and take the red herb from the left side.
Go through the passage and get bullets from the barrels. Go up the stairs on the other side and use the lock. Make your way along the path to the room on the right and use the lock here too. Go down the platform to the area in the top left corner. Go through the door at the bottom of the stairs, turn left and take down Ganado. Continue down the corridor and open the door on the left.
You’ll see a blue door on the left, go through it to the merchant’s place. Continue to the right and take whatever is in the barrels. Talk to the merchant and sell the emeralds and pearl to upgrade your weapons. Take the green herb from the right corner and get Luis’ 5th diary from the rocks. Open the door and go down the stairs and shoot all 4 Ganados. When you go down the corridor and open the door you will finish the level.
Exit the room and go up the stairs to get the yellow herb, bullets and the mission file. Open the door and take the green herb from the left side. Don’t forget to Save the game.! After completing everything, go down the stairs.
The easiest way to kill Saddler is to throw a grenade at him and then run towards him and attack his eyes. If you don’t have enough grenades, shoot his legs until he falls to his knees and then attack his eyes. You can find bullets in the red barrels near the bridge on the right and grenades on the platform on the other side of the bridge.
As you start looking around, Saddler will start throwing different objects at you. When you get to the top of the platform, climb the small ladder in the corner and press the button.
Wait until you get close and press the button to hit Saddler with the big metal bar. There is another button on the other side of the area, and you can use it to deal a lot of damage to Saddler. When Saddler falls to the ground after each attack, climb on top of him and attack his eyes.
Keep attacking until the island fires a rocket launcher and then pick up the rocket launcher from the bridge. Equip the rocket launcher and destroy Saddler.
Pick up 100,000 ptas from Saddler’s corpse. Cross the bridge, go round the corner and take the lift on the left. Go down the tunnel, jump down the ladder and catch up with Ashley. Continue through the tunnel to get the jet-ski. Use your switch to drive the jet-ski, first on the right, then on the left and then on the right again.
Go over the rock and avoid the pipes. Speed up and stay on the left side of the tunnel and avoid the rocks. In the same way, go left or right to get rid of the rocks at the end and end the game.
