Attack on Titan 3 Announced
Attack on Titan 3 has been officially announced by Koei Tecmo and Omega Force. The new action game, adapted from the popular anime and manga series, will once again take players into humanity’s dark struggle against the colossal Titans. The new game aims to cover all the major events from the early days of Survey Corps to the dramatic finale of the story. This will give fans the opportunity to experience the entire Attack on Titan universe in a single game for the first time.
Attack on Titan 3 Coming to Multiple Platforms
According to Koei Tecmo, Attack on Titan 3 will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC via Steam. The release date has not yet been announced. More information will be shared during a global live stream on July 1st. Yui Ishikawa, who voices Mikasa, and Shiori Mikami, who voices Krista, will also be guests on this special broadcast.
The new game is described as the culmination of Omega Force’s Attack on Titan action series. Players will not only follow the main story as they battle Titans threatening humanity, but will also learn more details about the characters and the universe through new story content. The fight against the nine Titans will be one of the game’s most important aspects.
In terms of gameplay, the omni-directional mobility gear system is being improved. This system aims to allow players to engage in more acrobatic, fast, and intense combat. The sense of gliding through the air, approaching Titans, and attacking critical points, which were prominent in previous games in the series, will be enhanced with new improvements. Attack on Titan is expected to convey a sharper sense of speed, fear, and desperation in gameplay.
The first trailer released specifically for the announcement offered a brief glimpse into the game’s atmosphere and combat tempo. Attack on Titan 3 is preparing to retell the series’ massive story on modern platforms with a more comprehensive and intense action experience. Fans are now eagerly awaiting new details to be shared during the live stream on July 1st.
