EA is preparing a multiplayer trial for Battlefield 6, valid on all platforms from November 25th to December 1st. Battlefield 6 will include three maps and five different modes during this period, allowing new players to experience the core combat structure firsthand. According to the announcements, the update arriving in Battlefield 6 on November 18th may also be included in the trial version, but the scope of this update has not yet been officially confirmed.
According to sources familiar with Battlefield 6, the game’s performance in recent weeks, particularly its surpassing of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 in Steam player numbers on launch day, was a factor in the decision to offer a trial. However, the Battlefield 6 community still expects more in terms of map sizes, balancing, and anti-cheat tools. Therefore, the Battlefield 6 free trial event will be a valuable opportunity to gather new feedback from the community.
EA states that multiplayer-focused updates for Battlefield 6 will continue, and that upcoming content will focus particularly on improving standard modes.
