You can get the Kaeya Skin within day 1 if you complete all puzzles and get all the chests.
Aside from free Kaeya skin, you can also purchase Klee skin from Shop. During the Version 3.8, the Klee skin will cost with discounted price. After the version end, this discount will end as well.
