LEGO Sagrada Familia Set Could Break a Record
According to a leak regarding the LEGO Sagrada Familia set, the set will consist of a whopping 12,060 pieces. If this information is correct, this model will be the largest set in LEGO history. It is expected to surpass the current record holder, the World Map set with 11,695 pieces.
The set is said to be a detailed replica of the Sagrada Familia. The fact that the real structure is still unfinished is ironic; the LEGO version will be complete, but the real structure is still under construction. This adds a unique story to the set.
The most interesting detail is the price. According to the leak, the set is expected to retail for around $599.
