BrokenLore: FOLLOW Release Date Announced
A new title is on the way for players interested in psychological horror games. Developed by Serafini Productions, BrokenLore: FOLLOW aims to offer a remarkable experience with both its story and atmosphere. The game’s release date has been officially announced.
BrokenLore: FOLLOW Coming June 1st
Serafini Productions announced that BrokenLore: FOLLOW will be released on June 1st for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (Steam). The game aims to immerse players in a very personal and disturbing story by approaching the psychological horror genre from a first-person perspective.
In the story, players control Anne, a young woman forced to confront her past. Anne wakes up one day in her childhood home and soon begins to encounter strange and unsettling reflections of her past memories. Players will explore both Anne’s past and the traumas hidden within her mind.
Anne is accompanied on this journey by a childhood toy that acts as if it has a mind of its own. Throughout seven different chapters, players revisit significant moments in the character’s life while constantly being pursued by a terrifying entity resembling her mother.
The development team states that they collaborated with psychologist Emanuela Papa to ensure the game’s sensitive psychological themes are handled correctly. Holding a significant place in the BrokenLore universe, FOLLOW also aims to broaden the story by establishing thematic and narrative connections to other games in the series, UNFOLLOW and LOW.
