Warner Bros. has begun development on the sequel to the smash hit Hogwarts Legacy in 2023. The first game was released across multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, selling over 12 million copies and captivating Harry Potter fans. After this sales success, Warner Bros’ decision to expand the Hogwarts universe is not surprising.
Hogwarts Legacy Sequel and New Harry Potter Series
According to Variety, the Hogwarts Legacy sequel is a priority project for Warner Bros. The new production will deepen the Harry Potter universe and take place in a parallel world to the upcoming Harry Potter series on HBO. Although not many details about the project have been shared yet, it is thought that the story will continue the enchanting Hogwarts atmosphere.
