Marvel Studios has added a new name to the cast for Avengers: Secret Wars, the finale of the Multiverse Saga. Noah Jupe, known for films like A Quiet Place and Honey Boy, is reportedly set to play a significant character, although the role has not been revealed. This secrecy has fueled theories that Jupe might play a mutant, especially as Marvel is shaping its new X-Men cast.

21-year-old Noah Jupe’s age is quite close to that of the younger actors in Marvel’s new X-Men cast. Considering the cast includes names like Sadie Sink, Kit Connor, Inde Navarrette, and Maya Boyd, the possibility of Jupe playing one of the next generation of mutants is being discussed. However, Marvel Studios has not confirmed this.

Jupe is widely known, particularly for his role as Marcus Abbott in the A Quiet Place series. He also received critical acclaim and an Independent Spirit Award nomination for his performance in the 2019 film Honey Boy. A notable connection is his previous collaboration with Sadie Sink on the West End production of Romeo & Juliet.

Avengers: Secret Wars is expected to be produced around Pinewood Studios in the UK. Joe and Anthony Russo will once again direct. The initial draft of the story was written by Michael Waldron, and the screenplay was later revised by Stephen McFeely. Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers are also contributing to the large cast.

Marvel’s secrecy surrounding Jupe’s role suggests the character may have more than just a minor supporting role in the film’s narrative.
