A New Test Version of Abandoned Found

According to the information that has emerged, a test version titled “Abandoned: Gospels of Blood” was found on developer Hasan Kahraman’s PSN profile. This entry most likely belongs to a trial version used during the development process. However, there is currently no official statement on whether this project will actually be released to players.

PS5 Fiasco Abandoned Returns with New Test

Abandoned first surfaced in 2021 with a mysterious announcement on the PlayStation blog. At the time, many players speculated that the project might actually be connected to Hideo Kojima and could be a new Silent Hill game. These theories quickly grew online, creating great anticipation.

However, the development team, Blue Box Game Studios, denied these claims and stated that they had no connection to Kojima. Despite this, the project quickly lost credibility due to constantly delayed announcements, canceled projects, and unfulfilled plans.

Years later, the name Abandoned has resurfaced, but players are approaching it with considerable caution. Whether this test version, subtitled “Gospels of Blood,” truly signifies a new game or is merely a development attempt is difficult to say for now. However, one thing is certain: Abandoned remains one of the strangest stories in the gaming world.
