Roblox’s New FPS Game Reached 4 Million Players in Just One Day
Roblox is generally known for its blocky visual style and simple experiences that appeal to all ages. However, projects that occasionally break this perception emerge on the platform. The new FPS game TTK Testing does exactly that, quickly gaining significant attention. Inspired by tactical shooter games, the game offers a truly unique experience with realistic graphics, camera effects, and weapon handling, making players forget they’re even in Roblox.
TTK Testing Offers a Realistic FPS Experience Within Roblox
TTK Testing stands out as a new shooter experience inspired by tactical FPS games like Ready or Not. Currently, the game primarily features free-to-fight combat. Players enter the map with different weapons and try to defeat the opponents they encounter. Although the current content seems simple, the game’s visual quality and performance immediately set it apart in the Roblox library.
The game received over 4 million visits and more than 40,000 likes on its first day of release. Moreover, the game is still described as an early testing environment. While the developer stated that they prepared the project in their spare time, TTK Testing’s inclusion among Roblox’s most prominent experiences clearly demonstrates the community’s interest.
Players particularly praise the optimization, weapon feel, and realistic presentation. Many users on social media say they find it hard to believe the game is being developed on Roblox. Small visual effects, similar to bodycam, also enhance the atmosphere, giving the game a more modern and intense FPS feel. Therefore, the game is not only noteworthy for its technical aspects but also for its playability.
According to the developer, the project will expand further in the future. Plans include co-op PvE gameplay, team AI, story-based missions, Door Kickers-style scenarios, and team-based multiplayer modes. If these features are added, TTK Testing could go beyond being just a viral experiment and become one of Roblox’s most ambitious FPS projects.
