While new entries in the Silent Hill series are incoming in the form of Silent Hill: Townfall and Silent Hill f, given the monumental success of Silent Hill 2, many fans wonder if more remakes will be made in the future.
Along with critical acclaim and countless positive player reviews, Silent Hill 2 snagged plenty of awards for its sound design, narrative, music, art direction, and more. While it didn’t bring home any trophies at The Game Awards 2024, it was nominated for five accolades, including Best Performance by Luke Roberts as the game’s main character, James Sunderland.
