Xbox Game Pass continues its momentum in the final month of the year, preparing to release five new games to subscribers starting the first week of December 2025. The launch of Marvel Cosmic Invasion on December 1st will continue with Lost Records: Bloom & Rage on December 2nd. Routine, one of the most anticipated games of the month, will be available for PC Game Pass and Ultimate users on December 4th. Two other titles will be released simultaneously on December 9th: A Game About Digging a Hole and Dome Keeper. This creates a strong Game Pass chart in terms of genre diversity for the first half of the month.
Routeine, a long-awaited sci-fi horror game, seems poised to be a key focus for PC gamers. Of the two games releasing on the same date, A Game About Digging a Hole has garnered positive reviews on Steam, while Dome Keeper stands out with its roguelike structure and Metroid-like pixel art style. Marvel Cosmic Invasion’s opening with a cooperative action experience is making December a busy month from the very beginning.
This entire list is just the most well-known part of the month; according to the official announcement from Xbox Game Pass, additional games will be announced for December next week. Surprise Game Pass announcements are also expected at The Game Awards on December 11th.
