Xbox Game Pass September 2026 Wave 2 Games Announced
Xbox Game Pass has announced its second wave of games for September, revealing a much fuller list than the first wave. This time, Microsoft is preparing to offer subscribers a total of 13 games from different genres. Moreover, it’s not just older titles; four games will be added to the Game Pass library directly on their release day.

Notable titles in the second wave include Gears of War: E-Day, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Dune: Awakening, and Ninja Gaiden 4. Minecraft Dungeons 2 will also be available on its release day. The full list of games and their release dates is as follows:
- Marvel Cosmic Invasion – September 16
- Planet of Lana 2 – September 16
- Routine – September 16
- Ultimate Sheep Raccoon – September 16
- Kernel Hearts – September 17 – Day One
- Ninja Gaiden 4 – September 17
- Dune: Awakening – September 22
- Well Dweller – September 22 – Day One
- Mad King Redemption – September 23
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 – September 25
- Minecraft Dungeons 2 – September 29 – Day One
- Keeper – October 2
- Gears of War: E-Day – October 6 – Day One
Although the list is technically announced within the September wave, the last two games will arrive at the beginning of October. The fact that Gears of War: E-Day will be added to Game Pass on day one seems to be the biggest advantage of this wave. Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Kernel Hearts will also be available to subscribers directly on release day.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be included in larger Game Pass packages on September 25th. The inclusion of already noteworthy titles like Dune: Awakening and Ninja Gaiden 4 in the same period makes the second half of the month quite busy.
In short, for those who found the first wave a bit light, Microsoft has put a stronger list on the table this time. Xbox Game Pass will not leave subscribers disappointed, especially in terms of major titles, for the rest of September and the first days of October.
