Xbox Game Pass is Saying Goodbye to 8 Games in September
Xbox Game Pass continues to offer new games to subscribers every month while also parting ways with some titles. With the second wave of games for September announced, the titles to be removed from the service have also been revealed. Those considering starting these games don’t have much time, as they will all be removed from the library at the end of the month.
Xbox Game Pass Removes 8 Games in September
According to Microsoft’s updated list, a total of eight games will leave Xbox Game Pass on September 30th. One of the most notable titles on the list is Sifu. Developed by Sloclap, this fighting game offered a unique experience with its close-combat system and unusual mechanics based on the character aging after each death.
Here are all the games leaving Xbox Game Pass at the end of September:
- Atomfall – Cloud, Console and PC
- Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light – Cloud, Console and PC
- Little Nightmares 2 Enhanced Edition – Cloud, Console and PC
- Little Rocket Lab – Cloud, Console and PC
- Sifu – Cloud, Console and PC
- SOPA: Tale of the Stolen Potato – Cloud, Console and PC
- Sworn – Cloud, Console and PC
- Terminull Brigade – Cloud, Console and PC
Besides Sifu, Atomfall, Little Nightmares 2 Enhanced Edition, and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light are also among those leaving. If you have any of these games unfinished, you don’t have much time left. Access via subscription will end after September 30th. Also, the second wave of Xbox Game Pass games for September has been announced.
The good news is that the games leaving Xbox Game Pass are still being offered to subscribers at a discounted price. So if you run out of time, you can buy the game and continue where you left off. September 30th is the deadline, so if one of the games you’ve been thinking “I’ll play it sometime” is on your list, that time isn’t too far off anymore.
