Company Declares Holiday on GTA 6 Release Day
California-based automotive tuning company Burger Motorsports announced that it will implement an “operational shutdown” across the company on November 19, 2026, the release day of GTA 6. In a statement on Instagram, the company stated that a significant number of employees would be unavailable that day, potentially impacting normal workflows.
The company’s statement humorously indicated that some employees would be “unreachable” that day or would be directly in Vice City. Therefore, many departments, including customer support, order processing, shipping, engineering, social media, and general productivity, could be affected by the GTA 6 launch.
The most interesting part of the statement was the mention that normal operations would resume after employees completed their initial explorations, finished at least one mission, and “returned to reality.” This humorous tone quickly spread on social media and received positive feedback from many GTA fans.
