The video shows a character walking with a sword on their back, and the scene quickly transitions from day to night. While visual details are limited, the phrase “A serenity soon to be disturbed” hints at the game’s tone. A fantasy-themed title is a possibility, but the company has not yet shared any official title or platform information.
Bandai Namco owns several major brands that come to mind when you think of RPGs. Besides the Tales of series, their portfolio also includes titles like Elden Ring (published in collaboration with FromSoftware) and Dark Souls. Therefore, the new RPG to be announced on March 5th is expected to be a high-budget project.
On the other hand, the company has other big projects on its agenda. New information is expected in April regarding the new Dragon Ball game, recently codenamed “AGE 1000,” which is rumored to be a continuation of the Dragon Ball Xenoverse series.
