Dark Hours is Coming to Consoles

Dark Hours was one of the standout titles during its early access phase and continued to grow its player base after its full release. Combining a heist theme with a horror atmosphere, this game stands out by deviating slightly from conventional patterns. Now, the game is preparing to reach a wider audience beyond the PC platform.

Dark Hours Console Release and Content Details

According to the announcement, Dark Hours will be released on April 22nd for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. The game is priced at $14.99. Having previously sold over 500,000 copies on PC after both early access and full release, the game naturally raises expectations for its console release.

In terms of gameplay, Dark Hours offers a survival experience supporting co-op for up to four players. The basic idea is quite clear: a heist is planned, but things go unexpectedly wrong. The power goes out, the doors close, and the team is suddenly trapped inside. And they’re not alone. From this point on, the game moves beyond a classic heist scenario and transforms into a full-fledged survival struggle.

In terms of content, it boasts a vast array of features. Eight different creatures with varying abilities, 60 maps across five different environments, and over 50 pieces of equipment are available to players. This variety, ranging from museums and casinos to nuclear power plants and ships, creates a different tempo in each mission. Furthermore, thanks to the PvPvE mode, two teams can simultaneously fight each other and the threats in the game world.

Dark Hours emphasizes team communication and split-second decision-making. Having to both plan a heist and deal with a sudden threat keeps the game’s pace constantly alive.
