On the television side, he is known for projects like Leverage, The Librarians, and The Ark. Therefore, it is thought that a potential deal could take the series to a more cinematic and high-budget structure.
The most striking detail is the suggestion that David Tennant is being considered for a return to the role of the Doctor. For now, it’s unclear how and to what extent the actor would be involved. Thanks to the recent “bi-generation” storyline, Tennant’s version of the Doctor is still on Earth and possesses his own TARDIS.
