Resident Evil Requiem is Full of Hidden Animations
In horror games, small details can sometimes become elements that enhance the game’s atmosphere. Resident Evil Requiem seems to be quite generous in this regard. The game contains both Easter Eggs that reference the story and small animations that players might not easily notice. Certain hidden actions, in particular, take Resident Evil Requiem’s level of detail to an even more interesting point.
Resident Evil Requiem Has Hidden Animations
One of the interesting details noticed by players appears in safe rooms. If you wait for a while without doing anything with your character while playing Resident Evil Requiem, a special animation can be triggered. In this animation, Leon or Grace reload their weapons in a rather spectacular way.
Leon’s movements, in particular, seem quite fitting to his character’s style. However, Grace’s use of the same animation has been a bit more amusing for some players. The animations appear quite fluid, and details like magazine removal and bullet control are noteworthy.
Interestingly, these animations are subtly embedded within the game. Since players generally don’t spend long periods in safe rooms, it’s quite difficult to notice them. Many players might not even notice these animations once they’ve finished the game.
Furthermore, it appears that a different reload animation has been created for each weapon. Different weapons, such as pistols and submachine guns, have separate animations. This is a small but pleasant surprise that shows Resident Evil Requiem’s attention to detail has been meticulously crafted.
