Seven Villains from Spider-Man: Brand New Day Have Been Revealed
Peter Parker’s life is getting increasingly difficult in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Spider-Man: Brand New Day pits Spider-Man, whose identity was erased after No Way Home, against street-level but extremely dangerous enemies. Recent information from the film clearly indicates that Peter must prepare for one of his toughest tests yet.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day Villains
Boomerang
Boomerang, also known as Fred Myers, is a criminal who uses special boomerangs as weapons. While dangerous with his sharpshooting and explosive boomerangs, Spider-Man’s spider sense makes it relatively easy to evade his attacks. Therefore, he is considered one of the least threatening on the list.
Ramrod
Ramrod, who has two different versions in the Marvel universe, is expected to appear in the film with a cybernetic version. While his mechanical enhancements allow him to physically challenge Spider-Man, his overall threat level remains limited. However, he can create challenging moments in close combat scenes.
Tarantula
Known as Anton Miguel Rodriguez, Tarantula is a dangerous hitman who transformed into a spider-like creature after receiving a mutagenic serum. With his enhanced reflexes, venomous attacks, and sharp blade equipment, he poses a serious physical threat to Spider-Man. He is a difficult enemy to control in street fights.
Tombstone
Known for his almost indestructible nature, Tombstone is one of Spider-Man’s most durable enemies. With his superhuman strength and close-combat skills, Tombstone poses a serious challenge to Peter Parker. While Spider-Man can defeat him, fighting Tombstone always carries a high risk.
Scorpion
Mac Gargan’s full transformation into Scorpion is considered one of the most significant threats in the film. His mechanical armor, steel-piercing tail, and venomous attacks give him the potential to fatally injure Spider-Man. Gargan’s personal hatred for Spider-Man makes this conflict even more dangerous.
Mysterious Villain with Mind Control Abilities
A mind control master, rumored to appear in the film but whose identity remains undisclosed, could completely alter the course of events. The possibility of this character manipulating Spider-Man’s allies and using them against Peter makes him extremely dangerous. The biggest difference is that he poses a psychological, not a physical, threat.
Savage Hulk
At the top of the list is the greatest threat: Hulk’s Savage Hulk form. Driven by uncontrolled and pure rage, Hulk represents an almost unstoppable force for Spider-Man. Moreover, the possibility of this form being under mind control creates a truly catastrophic scenario for New York.
