Two Free Games Worth $100 from the Epic Games Store
The Epic Games Store is giving away a lot more free games this week than usual. Most of the time, the Epic Store on PC rewards users with one or two free games per week, depending on the situation. This week, however, Epic has chosen to give away two popular games at no cost, while also giving away some free content for Apex Legends, a savings of around $100.
This Week’s Free Epic Games Games: Cygni: All Guns Blazing and DNF Duel
Starting today through the morning of August 15th, both Cygni: All Guns Blazing and DNF Duel for absolutely free. In the case of Cygni: All Guns Blazing is a shoot ’em up game published by Konami and released just three days ago. As such, it’s a day one addition to the Epic Store’s free lineup. DNF Duel comes from Nexon and is a fighting game set in the Dungeon and Fighter series. DNF Duel normally retails for $50, so it’s this week’s biggest giveaway.
Finally, Epic made the latest round of free offers even better by giving away the Conduit pack for Apex Legends. This add-on for the battle royale shooter not only allows players to unlock the Conduit character for free, but also comes with an “Aqua Flow” skin for him. While Conduit has been in Apex Legends for a while, this is a great perk on the Epic Store for those who don’t have the character.
