Two New Games Announced for PlayStation 6
Excitement is growing for Sony’s next-generation console, the PlayStation 6. Although no official announcement has been made yet, it is almost certain that The Witcher 4 and Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, which are expected to be released by 2027, will be coming to the PS6. It is stated that these two games will be cross-gen and compatible with the PS5, and that they offer a completely new-generation experience.
PlayStation 6 Game List is Taking Shape
According to the statement made by CD Projekt RED’s financial manager Piotr Nielubowicz, The Witcher 4 is planned to be released in 2027 at the earliest. Similarly, a release date before 2027 is not expected for Naughty Dog’s science fiction game Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. This indicates that both games are planned for the PlayStation 6.
In addition, other previously announced PS6 games, Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 and Hideo Kojima’s new project Physint, have also been added to this list. Since the PS6 is expected to be released in late 2027 or early 2028, these games are expected to receive great attention during the launch period.
Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet was introduced as Naughty Dog’s groundbreaking science fiction game. The game stars Tati Gabrielle and its music is prepared by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. The Witcher 4 is preparing to be released in 2027 as the new installment of CD Projekt RED’s beloved series. Both games aim to offer players a different experience with high graphic quality and next-generation technologies.
PlayStation 6 stands out as the eagerly awaited next-generation console in the gaming world. Although Sony’s official announcements have not yet been made, it is thought that the PS6 will make its mark on the market with both its powerful hardware and unique games. In the meantime, the cross-generation gaming strategy seems to please both PS5 users and those waiting for the next-generation console.
