These job postings suggest that The Division 3’s development process may have entered a more active phase. Ubisoft first confirmed the game in 2023, but there hasn’t been much of a showdown since then. With Massive Entertainment moving beyond their work on Star Wars Outlaws, it makes sense that the studio would be dedicating more resources to The Division 3.

The Lead Game Designer position will involve designing social and online features, as well as assisting with supporting the game as a live experience.
