Is Resident Evil 5 Remake is possible?
Capcom made a great job by remaking Resident Evil games from 2 to 4. Around the Resident Evil fans, the most disliked Resident Evil Remake game was Resident Evil 3. Because it didn’t developed by Capcom’s itself, the game was not like how it supposed to be.
After this unsuccessful Remake game, clearly Capcom learned their lesson and made a Remake game like Resident Evil 4. Resident Evil 4 Remake is mostly perfect. Of course there are few things which can be changed but not the worst Remake like Resident Evil 3.

Spoiler alert! If you haven’t experienced Separate Ways yourself, be warned that we will discuss about story.
In the Separate Ways scenario, Ada Wong is hired for getting the Las Plagas for Albert Wesker. Wesker needs the Las Plagas in order to create Uroboros. Uroboros is a brand new virus which created by Wesker. That’s the story from Resident Evil 5.
At the ending cutscene in the Separate Ways, there are few things hinting Resident Evil 5 Remake. The first one is soundtrack. When Wesker gets off his office and went outside, Resident Evil 5 soundtrack plays. This soundtrack belongs to cutscene where Wesker kills Spencer.
The second hint is Wesker’s words. His words are “Soon the sun will set on the age of man.” Which hints the purpose of Uroboros: Getting rid of weak and making the other ones stronger.
We can’t exactly be sure which game Capcom will develop but it’s obvious that Resident Evil 5 will get a Remake. Fans are also waiting for Code Veronica X Remake. But there are no hopes for that.
