Xbox Game Pass September 2026 Wave 1 Games Announced

Microsoft has announced the games that will be added to Xbox Game Pass in the first half of September 2026. Among the titles coming to different membership tiers across console, PC, and cloud platforms, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage, and RuneScape: Dragonwilds stand out. Additionally, TCG Card Shop Simulator will move from Game Preview to full release on September 15th.

XBOX Game Pass September 2026 First Wave Games

A total of 7 games will join the Xbox Game Pass library in the first wave of September. The release dates and supported platforms are as follows:

One of the most notable additions to the list is Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, while Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage stands out as a strong addition to the fighting game lineup. RuneScape: Dragonwilds will be one of the biggest titles joining the service in mid-month.

On the other hand, some games will be leaving the Game Pass library in September. These include major titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Frostpunk 2. Microsoft is expected to announce the second wave of additions in the coming days.
