There is significant cost pressure, especially on RAM and storage. In fact, memory alone accounts for a large portion of the total cost, making it difficult for the manufacturer to keep the price down.

In recent years, the demand for artificial intelligence systems has significantly increased the hardware needs of data centers and large technology companies. This, naturally, has driven up the prices of components used in consumer electronics.
