Ereban: Shadow Legacy Coming to Next-Gen Consoles
Selecta Play and Baby Robot Games have announced that the beloved stealth-action platformer Ereban: Shadow Legacy will be coming to next-generation consoles. Originally released for PC in 2024, the game will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2026. In addition to the digital version, a physical version and a Collector’s Edition will also be available.
Ereban: Shadow Legacy: The Power of Shadows in the Next Generation
The next-generation Ereban: Shadow Legacy will be reborn with technically enhanced graphics, smoother animations, and shorter loading times. The Collector’s Edition stands out with exclusive content: the game’s original soundtrack, a keychain for Ayana’s mask, three art postcards, two iron crests (Helios and Forgotten Sun), and a special collector’s box.
In Ereban: Shadow Legacy, players experience the story of a mysterious hero named Ayana. As the last heir to a forgotten race, Ayana wields shadow power and is armed with high-tech gadgets. The game’s core mechanic, Shadow Merge, allows players to merge with shadows, climb walls, sneak, or launch sudden attacks. This system combines the game’s stealth theme with classic platforming elements.
Developer Baby Robot Games offers players freedom of choice, emphasizing that each mission can be completed in different ways. You can move as an invisible ghost or transform into a deadly assassin. The decisions made throughout the game shape Ayana’s fate and the future of the universe.
Set in a science fiction universe, Ereban: Shadow Legacy offers the opportunity to explore a world ranging from the ruins of forgotten cities to massive energy facilities. It’s up to the player to uncover the truth behind the mysterious energy projects of the mega-corporation Helios. The development team states that the 2026 version will not only be a “re-release” but also a technically renewed and story-deepened version.
