Mortal Shell 2 Revered Edition Prices Exceed $300

The difference between the Revered Edition and the standard version lies in the physical contents included in the box. The package includes a SteelBook with an alternate cover design, a physical copy of the Mortal Shell 2 art book, and art prints showing characters and scenes from the game. These contents are not offered in other versions.

Although the official retail price of the package is $70, the situation is completely different in second-hand listings. Some sellers are asking over $300 for the Revered Edition. This means the boxed version is selling for approximately five times the suggested retail price.

Moreover, these figures aren’t just the sellers’ expectations. According to reports, a copy sold for $344.61 including shipping costs, while another sale two days earlier fetched $318.62. Despite the high prices, sales are leading to similar price increases in new listings.

Whether more affordable stock will become available soon remains uncertain. A PlayStack employee mentioned about two months ago that a stock replenishment wasn’t entirely out of the question. However, they added that they couldn’t confirm it and that the decision wasn’t directly up to the publisher. Therefore, there’s currently no guarantee that Mortal Shell 2 Revered Edition will return to its normal price.
